What a fantastic day celebrating NAIDOC week at St Christopher’s!
We started the morning with a beautiful liturgy, followed by a traditional smoking ceremony performed by Uncle Darrel.
The students then engaged in activities to unpack the theme ‘For Our Elders’ which consisted of creating artworks, having a yarning circle discussion about elders in their life that inspire them and reading indigenous literature.
